Dr. Manoj Chopda, an Interventional Cardiologist from Nashik and founder of Chopda Medicare & Research Pvt. Ltd believes in the essence of philanthropy in his profession.

Dr. Chopda achieved his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) degrees from BJ Medical College, (Pune) followed by a DM (Cardiology) from Grant Medical College (Mumbai). He opted for settling in Nashik over opportunities abroad and worked towards the development of super specialty cardiac institutes offering non-invasive & invasive facilities in Nashik & North Maharashtra like Rajebahadur Heart Foundation Hospital (Nashik), Saibaba Hospital (Shirdi), Wockhardt Hospital (Nashik) and Superspeciality Regional referral (Shalimar) and Chopda Medicare & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd (Nashik). Besides this, he is also engaged in teaching activities and currently is a Professor of Medicine at NDMVP Medical College (Nashik).

With the sole objective of obtaining triumph over cardiac diseases and making medical facilities affordable to the poor, Dr. Chopda has set up the  Chopda Medicare & Research Centre. As part of his social work, he devotes valuable time, service and efforts in the activities of NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) and Jeevandayee Yojana. This trust is committed towards providing financial aid to the needy, spreading disease awareness and prevention through various health camps and school health programs.
